• Assist with computer maintenance
• Solve daily technical issues
• Installation and configuration of Windows 7 and 10
• Workstation configuration in the domain
• Folder and network drive sharing
• Preparation of new machines and integration, and support for all software used at the workstation.
• Installation of Office suite
• Java installation
• Compression and software installation
• Antivirus installation
• Corporate email
• Network printer sharing
• WI-Fi router configuration
